The Resources tab is where your organization publishes the materials you need to do your job — policy pages, handbooks, training assignments, and operational documents. You can browse published content, complete training, acknowledge required reading, and ask Zavi questions about what you find. All content in Resources is published by your organization; it is not part of the official Yrka product documentation.

Finding and reading handbook pages

1

Open Resources

Select Resources from the navigation bar.
2

Browse the navigation

Use the Resources side navigation or the mobile Resources menu to find pages. Your organization controls which pages are published and visible to your profile.
3

Read the page

Open a page and read the full content.
4

Acknowledge if required

If the page requires acknowledgement, select Acknowledge after reading it. The page shows an acknowledged status once saved.
Acknowledgement is version-specific. If your organization updates a page after you acknowledge it, Resources will ask you to acknowledge the new version.
Low-sensitivity resource summaries may be cached for offline reading. Private documents are not broadly cached and require a network connection.

Completing training assignments

Training assignments appear in Resources > Training. Each assignment shows its due state, your pass/fail result, remaining retakes, and attempt history.
1

Open Resources > Training

Select Resources from the navigation, then choose Training from the Resources navigation.
2

Review your assignments

Each item shows whether it is due, overdue, passed, or failed.
3

Open an assignment

Select an assignment to read the linked content, watch any video, or review the instructions.
4

Answer quiz questions and submit

Answer every question and submit your attempt. The server rejects incomplete submissions.
5

Review your result

Check your score, pass/fail outcome, and remaining retakes. Your result saves immediately after submission.
6

Return to Dashboard

Go back to Dashboard to confirm the training item clears from Required Actions.
Training attempts are online-only and are not added to the offline queue. Stay connected before submitting a quiz attempt. If the attempt fails, reconnect, confirm all answers are selected, and retry.
If no retakes remain and you need another attempt, ask your manager. They can review your result or assign follow-up work.

Acknowledging required resources

When your organization marks a resource as required reading, it appears in Dashboard Required Actions and is flagged in Resources. The acknowledgement process is the same whether you arrive from Dashboard or browse directly:
  1. Open the resource page
  2. Read the full content
  3. Select Acknowledge at the bottom of the page
  4. Confirm the status updates to Acknowledged
Required acknowledgements that are overdue may also generate a follow-up task from your manager.

Asking Zavi about company resources

Zavi is the AI assistant built into Yrka. In the Resources tab, Zavi can answer questions about employee-visible content your organization has published.
1

Open Zavi

Select Zavi or the chat action in the Resources tab.
2

Ask a specific question

Type a focused question about your workplace, schedule, timecards, policies, or processes as described in your organization’s resources.
3

Read the answer and citations

Zavi includes citations linking back to the source resource pages. Open the cited sources when you want to verify the answer.
4

Use feedback controls

If an answer seems wrong or unhelpful, use the feedback controls to flag it.
5

Follow the owning workflow

If Zavi describes an action you need to take, follow through in the relevant section of the app.
Zavi in Resources only draws from employee-visible, approved company content. It does not access admin-only records or other employees’ information. For official Yrka product questions, use the main Yrka help path instead.
Zavi is a reading and research tool — it is not an approval authority, payroll processor, or substitute for manager review. Company resource answers do not replace required training or acknowledgements.
Zavi chat is online-only. Offline questions and feedback are not queued.

Common issues

The page may not be published or may not be visible to your profile. Ask your manager if you expect to see a specific policy or document.
Training assignments are profile-specific. If an expected item is missing, confirm with your manager that it has been assigned to you.
Ask your manager to review your result or assign follow-up. They may also create a task to guide next steps.
If Zavi says it cannot find relevant content, the topic may not be covered in your organization’s published resources. Open the relevant resource page directly, or ask your manager.
