# Access your company handbook and training

> Browse your company handbook, complete training assignments, acknowledge required resources, and ask Zavi questions about employee-visible content in Yrka.

The **Resources** tab is where your organization publishes the materials you need to do your job — policy pages, handbooks, training assignments, and operational documents. You can browse published content, complete training, acknowledge required reading, and ask Zavi questions about what you find. All content in Resources is published by your organization; it is not part of the official Yrka product documentation.

## Acknowledging required resources

When your organization marks a resource as required reading, it appears in Dashboard Required Actions and is flagged in Resources. The acknowledgement process is the same whether you arrive from Dashboard or browse directly:

1. Open the resource page
2. Read the full content
3. Select **Acknowledge** at the bottom of the page
4. Confirm the status updates to **Acknowledged**

Required acknowledgements that are overdue may also generate a follow-up task from your manager.
